Job Board Creation Service

Your own job board.Built, live, and maintained.

We design and build a job board around your brand, fill it with real listings from the day it goes live, and keep it maintained after launch, so it doesn't quietly go stale six months in.

What's included

Everything a real job board needs, none of the six-month gap

Custom-branded frontend

Search, filters, job pages, and apply flow, designed around your brand, not a generic template.

Live from day one

No empty board at launch. Real, current listings from day one, across locations and remote roles.

Job search & discovery

Keyword search, location and category filters, plus saved searches, so people find roles that fit.

Job posting & resumes

Employers post and manage their own listings. Candidates upload once and reuse it every time.

Built in for job seekers

A place to track every application, not just the ones on your site

Candidates get a personal tracker for their whole job search, not only the jobs they found on your board. Anything they apply to through your site is added automatically, and they can add jobs they applied to elsewhere too, so they always know where they stand.

  • Applications through your board are added automatically
  • Candidates can add jobs they applied to elsewhere too
  • Gives people a reason to keep coming back to your board, not just apply once and leave

Resume parsing

Screen candidates without reading every resume by hand

When a candidate applies, their resume is parsed into a structured profile automatically: skills, years of experience, and location. Applicants are ranked by fit, so employers spend time on the strongest candidates first.

  • One-click resume upload, no manual form filling
  • Skills and experience auto-extracted and ranked against the job
  • Employers approve or pass on a candidate in one click

The part most builders skip

We don't disappear after launch

Most job boards fail quietly: listings go stale, nobody notices when something breaks, and six months later it's a ghost town. That's the part most builders skip. We don't.

Fresh listings

Expired jobs get cleaned out, new ones keep coming in, so the board stays worth visiting.

Fixes & updates

Bugs get fixed and small improvements keep shipping, instead of the board freezing the day it launches.

Room to grow

Add job posting, resume parsing, or new filters later as your needs change, not just at launch.

This can be a one-time build, or an ongoing plan where we keep it running for you, whichever fits how you want to operate.

Who this is for

Built for teams that need real listings, not a starting point

Recruiting & staffing agencies that want a branded board instead of sending candidates to a generic ATS page

Niche communities (a specific industry, region, or skill) that want a job board as a growth or membership feature

HR-tech and recruiting startups that need a working job board fast, with real listings from day one instead of an empty database

Companies that want employers or partners to post jobs directly, with full applicant handling instead of a static list

How it works

Four steps, start to finish

1

Discovery call

We talk through your niche, audience, and what sources the jobs should come from.

2

Scope & quote

A fixed-scope proposal covering what's built, what data powers it, and a timeline.

3

Build & launch

Design, build, and connect data sources. You review along the way, not just at the end.

4

Ongoing support

Optional retainer for maintenance, new features, and keeping the data fresh.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to build a job board?

It depends what you need. A simpler board with our existing listings costs far less than a fully custom one with employer accounts, job posting, and resume parsing. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll send a fixed-price quote after a short call.

Where do the job listings come from?

By default, we fill your board with real listings from our own job data, so it's never empty at launch. If you'd rather have employers post their own jobs directly, that's a feature we build in.

How long does a build take?

A simpler board using our existing listings can launch in a couple of weeks. A fully custom one with employer accounts, job posting, and resume parsing takes longer, and we'll give you a real timeline in the quote after a call.

Can you add job listings to a website I already have?

Yes. A common project is adding a live, up-to-date jobs section to an existing website or careers page, rather than building a brand new site from scratch.

Do you maintain the board after launch, or is it a one-off?

Both are options. Some clients just want the build; most add an ongoing plan so we keep listings fresh, fix issues, and ship small improvements over time instead of it going stale.

Can employers post their own jobs on the board?

Yes, if you want that. Employer accounts, job posting, applicant review, and status updates are all features we can build in, alongside or instead of our own listings.

Have a job board in mind?

Tell us about your niche and audience. We'll reply with next steps and, if it's a fit, a fixed-scope quote.
