CleanJobData is operated by Jobr LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using CleanJobData, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with Jobr LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
CleanJobData provides structured job listing data via REST API. We aggregate data from various sources to help developers and companies build job-related applications.
Customers on the Solo MCP, Starter and Pro plans are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to query the CleanJobData API for live applications, or to sync the data to an internal database, in order to power their own end-user product — for example a niche job board, an applicant tracking system, or an internal HR tool. You may also use the data to train internal, non-public algorithms or parsers.
Building a public-facing job board on this data is expressly permitted. The restrictions in Section 4 concern redistributing our records to third parties, not whether your own product is public.
Except under an Enterprise Commercial Licence, you may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw CleanJobData listings. Specifically, you may not:
The following applies at every plan level, including Enterprise, with no exception: you may not operate a product whose primary purpose is offering the same raw job-listings data as a standalone, general-purpose developer API or feed — in substance, a competing version of CleanJobData itself. Using our listings as one input inside a broader product (search, AI agents, matching, analytics, and similar) is not affected by this and remains permitted under an Enterprise licence.
Ingesting CleanJobData into Large Language Models for commercial resale, into public AI agent workflows, or into mass-market search engine indexes falls outside the scope of our standard API plans and requires an Enterprise Commercial Licence. Enterprise customers additionally receive bulk flat-file delivery and custom rate limits. Please contact [email protected] to discuss bulk data access.
We reserve the right to ask you to describe, in reasonable detail, how CleanJobData data is used in your product, and to suspend or terminate accounts whose use falls outside the licence granted by their plan or which were opened on the basis of a materially inaccurate description of intended use.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CleanJobData and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CleanJobData.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall CleanJobData, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CleanJobData operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
